What's Ko-fi?
Ko-fi is a platform that "lets creators like you set up a page, where your biggest fans can support your work. Supporters can make a donation (roughly the price of a coffee) and leave you an encouraging message. You can use Ko-fi to build a membership, sell physical and digital products, offer commissions and make money while you stream on Twitch or YouTube".
Why are you using Ko-fi?
I find Ko-fi easier to use than bigcartel! It is also a platform rather than a website, which, in a way, makes it easier than BC. Also, "Ko-fi is free, flexible and super easy to get started. You can set up a page and be earning money in just a few minutes". The biggest reason, though, is that it allows me to have multiple listings without charging me (Big Cartel only allows 5 listings with a free subscription and you need to pay for any more than that :( )
