GENERAL POLICIES (as of 05/2024)

Payment required upfront(!!) for custom pieces (see customs / commissions section below)
No returns, refunds or rush orders
Tips are never required but always appreciated :)

Flat standard shipping rate is $5 for one item, the shipping rate varies with 2+ items
SHIPS TO CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY
When items are shipped, you will be notified via email and tracking numbers will be provided
Once items ship, they are no longer my responsibility
All items shipped with USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted

These orders require a $50 deposit on the day of the order!
The rest of your payment is due the day I complete the order (I'm open to payment plans, but please mention it before placing the initial order)
Custom items are made within 2-4 weeks after order is placed, unless we have discussed otherwise (e.g. It was confirmed that you were making a rush order)
Shipped 1-2 weeks after being made
Overall, this means that custom orders could take 3-6 weeks to arrive after they've been placed
Again, but especially for customs: NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
